Konsultuoja ir siunčia naujienlaiškius bei kitus komercinius pranešimus el. paštu atsakingam asmeniui ir teikia parfumerijos, kosmetikos grožio ir kirpyklų paslaugas. Vartotojas bet kuriuo metu gali atsisakyti naujienlaiškio. Vartotojas sutinka gauti nauejinaiškius, nors jie gali bet kada jų atsisakyti (i) iš naujienlaiškyje nurodytos nuorodos, (ii) išsiųsti el. Laišką team@perfumesclub.lt. Tačiau dėl to nebus pašalinti tam tikri nekomerciniai pranešimai, pvz., Pranešimai, susiję su Jūsų paskyra.
Naudotojų duomenų tvarkymo teisinis pagrindas, kurį atlieka atsakingoji šalis, yra vartotojo sutikimas (RGPD 6 straipsnio 1 dalies a punktas). Alternatyviai, atsakingoji šalis gali tvarkyti naudotojo duomenis pagal teisėto intereso teisinį pagrindą tiesioginės rinkodaros tikslais.
Asmens duomenų perdavimas Vartotojui yra savanoriškas, nors tai yra sutartinė sąlyga, kad Vartotojas galėtų įsigyti produktus, kuriuos pardavė Atsakinga šalis. Taigi, atsisakius naudotis Vartotoju, atsakinga šalis negalės teikti tam tikrų paslaugų vartotojui.
Vartotojas gali bet kuriuo metu atšaukti sutikimą, nepažeidžiant duomenų tvarkymo teisėtumo, pagrįsto sutikimu, prieš jo pasitraukimą.
Atsakinga šalis visada prašys sutikimo ir informuos Vartotoją prieš naudodama savo duomenis bet kokiam tikslui, išskyrus tas, kurios aprašytos šioje privatumo politikoje.
ASMENINIŲ DUOMENŲ ADRESATAI
Atsakinga šalis perduos naudotojo asmens duomenis šiems gavėjams, kuriuos Vartotojas patvirtino:
Reklamos ir programavimo paslaugų teikėjams norint dalytis statistika; Duomenų tvarkytojams, teikiantiems tam tikras duomenų valdytojo paslaugas (reklama, administracinė apskaita ir kt.).
DUOMENŲ LAIKYMO LAIKAS
Jei Vartotojas neprašo pašalinti, pateikti asmens duomenys bus laikomi neribotam laikotarpiui, .
KITOS NAUDOTOJO TEISĖS
Vartotojas gali gauti patvirtinimą, ar atsakingoji šalis tvarko su juo susijusius asmeninius duomenis ir prieina prie jų.
Vartotojas gali pareikalauti susipažinti su asmens duomenimis, juos ištaisyti, išbraukti, apriboti jo pateikimą išsiųsdamas el. laišką adresu dpo@perfumesclub.com, pridėdamas Naudotojo oficialaus identifikavimo dokumento kopiją.
Vartotojas taip pat gali pateikti skundą priežiūros institucijai.
Nepilnamečių konfidencialumas
Atsakingoji šalis skirta suaugusiesiems ir savanoriškai nepasirinko ir neprašo jokių nepilnamečių asmens duomenų. Jei atsakingoji šalis sužino, kad Vartotojas yra nepilnametis, sistema nedelsiant panaikins savo asmens duomenis ir paskyrą.
ATSAKINGOSIOS ŠALIES SAUGUMO PRIEMONĖS, SKIRTOS užtikrinti DUOMENŲ KONFIDENCIALUMĄ
Atsakinga šalis imasi reikiamas techninių ir organizacinių priemonių, kad būtų išvengta perduodamų asmens duomenų nutekėjimo, netinkamo naudojimo, pakeitimo, neteisėtos prieigos ar vagystės, taip pat siekiant užtikrinti rizikos lygį, atsižvelgiant į naujausias technologijas, duomenų tvarkymo pobūdį, apimtis, kontekstą ir tikslus, taip pat įvairias tikimybes ir sunkumo pavojus fizinių asmenų teisėms ir laisvėms.
Naudodamasi Vartotojo asmens duomenimis, Atsakingoji šalis įsipareigoja laikytis konfidencialumo ir naudoti juos pagal jų tvarkymo tikslus, taip pat laikytis savo įsipareigojimo saugoti juos ir pritaikyti visus techninius ir organizacinius saugumo priemonės, kad būtų užtikrintas rizikos lygis, atitinkantis riziką.
Atsakinga šalis ypač atsižvelgia į pavojų, kurį kelia duomenų tvarkymas, ypač dėl atsitiktinio ar neteisėto perduodamų, saugomų arba kitokiu būdu tvarkomų asmens duomenų sunaikinimo, praradimo ar keitimo arba neteisėto naudojimo arba prieigos prie tokių duomenų.
Atsakinga šalis imasi priemonių užtikrinti, kad bet koks asmuo, veikiantis pagal jo įgaliojimus ir turintis prieigą prie Vartotojo asmens duomenų, galėtų apdoroti tokius duomenis tik vadovaujantis atsakingos šalies nurodymu, nebent jis arba ji privalo tai daryti taikoma teisė.
Norint naudotis mūsų svetaine, turi būti įdiegti slapukai.
