Benetton

La firma de moda italiana Benetton fue fundada en 1965 de la mano del diseñador Luciano Benetton. A la temprana edad de 20 años este brillante emprendedor comenzó sus andanzas proponiéndole a su hermana trabajar juntos para aprovechar su talento como tejedora de jerséis y comenzar a comercializar sus creaciones en el área del Véneto, su región de origen. Sin dinero pero con mucho arrojo, comenzaron un proyecto que sorprendentemente tuvo gran aceptación.

Con esto, en 1965 se fundó la firma comercial de estos hermanos con el nombre de Fratelli Benetton. Cuatro años después la empresa abrió su primera tienda en el extranjero, en París. Diez años más tarde, en 1975, Benetton ya casi se había consolidado como una gran multinacional, contando con nueve fábricas en el mundo.
